Retail Account Manager

POSITION TITLE: Retail Account Manager  


Owlet is searching for a driven, experienced, and self-motivated Full-Time Retail Account Manager to oversee all Independent retail in the USA/Canada market. The ideal candidate has experience in inside sales while growing a startup company.

If you have not checkout our product yet, I would recommend you do so now ( This position will build into management the retail sales of our product to dozens of smaller stores and be a key individual that will bring in many large and new retail customers.




Develop and support Owlet’s current accounts
Find new retailers to sell the Owlet Baby Monitor
Grow the purchases from existing customers  
Oversee onboarding process to ensure exceptional customer in store experience  
Provide trade show logistic support
Maintain regular contact with all accounts
Provide marketing material to support product sell through in stores (Training, displays, etc)



2+ years of experience in a Retail Sales and or Account Management role
Excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to work in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to multitask, detailed-oriented, efficient and with strong customer service skills
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Mission oriented and results driven personality
Independent and quick self-learner
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
