Inside Sales Representative

POSITION TITLE: Inside Sales Representative   

 

Owlet is searching for a driven, experienced, and self-motivated Full-Time Inside Sales Representative to generate new wholesale accounts in the USA/Canada market. The ideal candidate has experience in lead generation and closing new accounts.

This position will build into management the retail sales of our product to dozens of smaller stores and be a key individual that will bring in many large and new retail customers.


 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify, contact, and qualify new retail wholesale accounts

Respond to inbound leads while generating new leads

Oversee onboarding process to ensure exceptional customer in store experience   

Test new sales channels (Hospital Gift shops, Birthing Centers Etc.)

Use CRM tools to generate and manage pipeline of leads and opportunities

 

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in a Retail Sales or Inside Sales is a plus

Can manage your pipeline with available tools and provide sales forecasts to management

Have proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals

Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

Mission oriented and results driven personality

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient Microsoft office knowledge
