Job Summary

Owlet is searching for a driven, experienced, and self-motivated Director of Digital Marketing to manage all paid advertising. Owlet is a fast and growing company and looking for an individual who is highly adaptable and willing to learn and grow with the growth of the company.  

It’s a “Game of Inches!” This position is all about efficiency and insight. The Director of Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition is responsible for all paid advertising including: (1) Social Advertising in Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest (2) Paid Search in Bing and Google (3) New online channels such as Hulu, Youtube, Pandora (4) Analyze and report on ecommerce partners such as Amazon and Diapers.com

Responsibilities and Duties

 

  • Build, deploy, track & optimize digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage a multi-­million dollar digital marketing budget 
  • Implement A/B testing across digital media channels with actionable results
  • Increase online sales while adhering to CPA criteria
  • Work with the brand team to test and refine creative
  • Manage the Google Analytics Reporting and 3rd party integrations to report on CPA, traffic and performance trends
  • Manage the Owlet Affiliate Program
  • Key Metric: 30% Cost Per Acquisition with 10% mo/mo growth

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • eCommerce 3+ years
  • Social Media Marketing: 5+ years
  • Google Adwords: 5+ years
  • Web Analytics: 5+ years
  • Email Marketing: 2+ years
  • SEO: 2+ years

 

  • Proven ability to deliver aggressive sales results in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven ability to optimize spend and improve CAC
  • Proven ability to manage large ad spend in Facebook ($300-$500k/mo)
  • Ability to prepare and present presentations to partners, executive team and board members
  • Digital Marketing: Social, Search, Video, Email & Display
  • Expert in Facebook Power Editor & Facebook Ads Manager
